I wanted to share this BorrowSmart program with anyone interested! This is NOT a grant, the assistance is shown as a lender credit and requires NO special inspections, and is listed as a conventional offer

In addition, the Madison County Community Development grant program has raised the income limits starting today. If you would like a copy of the numbers sent to you, simply email Angie.RE/[email protected]. I know a grant offer isn’t the easiest to get accepted today but wanted to relay the information!
